The Association hopes to provide councils who participate in the Awards & Assessment Program with the support they need to complete the application process and learn from their results, regardless of whether it is the first time or the 15th time a council is participating.

The Consultant's Role

Awards consultants are fraternity/sorority volunteers & professionals who experienced AFLV Awards judges. These former Assessment & Awards Committee members volunteer to providing coaching to councils completing awards applications. An awards consultant can be a go-to resource for your council. Awards consultants are available to:

• Answer one-time questions about awards
• Provide on-going coaching from the beginning to end of the application process
