Charter Registration

Charter Registration is processed through our Online Store in our e-Portal. The online store is accessed through your institutional profile. If you do not have an institutional profile, or are unaware of your login and password information, please contact Ryan O'Rourke (ryan@aflv.org ). Please do not create a new institutional profile.

1. Print and read our "Helpful Hints" document, which provides an overview of the steps to Charter Registration.

2. Click here to access our e-Portal.

3. Log-in to your institutional profile, and follow the directions in the "Helpful Hints" document.
