How are you making sure that everyone in your organization is receiving the same information, skills, and development across the board? Typically for organizations, officer transition is the last thing on our mind. How are you ensuring that your members are developing and being able to evaluate your chapter to the next level? Do you have a plan in place? Come learn tips and tricks you need to prevent “poor preparation” and “poor performance”.

Join NIC staff for this pre-conference session focused on helping IFC leaders identify, prioritize and address critical issues in your fraternity community. We'll spend time understanding where your IFC community currently is, and dig deeper into what an effective IFC should be doing to engage its constituents to be more productive and engaging in the campus community.

Are you a new Panhellenic officer who is all turned around by bylaws, recruitment rules and the NPC peer accountability process? In this pre-conference program session, we will take a deep dive into the NPC peer accountability process so you can be prepared to serve on a Peer Accountability Board as a College Panhellenic officer or execute the process as the peer accountability officer for your College Panhellenic. With interactive "mock trial" like experiences, we'll walk all the way from an alleged infraction report to a successful resolution. This session will also discuss College Panhellenic governing documents like bylaws and recruitment rules. Attendees will get the opportunity to get feedback in live time and create sustainable change for their community. Ultimately, this session will help you move past the petty to address real concerns and build trust and unity across your community.

The Chapter Presidents Institute will equip fraternity and sorority presidents with the resources, skills, and leadership development they need to thrive in their roles. Participants will connect with fellow presidents from across the country to reflect on their leadership styles, practice navigating challenging conversations, and strengthen their ability to build trust and accountability within their executive boards and chapters. Together, they’ll explore how to balance relationships with results, create clarity even in uncertain situations, and confidently address the real issues facing their communities.
