Team AFLV is so for real.

Team AFLV is made up of volunteers and staff across the country who volunteer their skills, time and talents to accelerate progress in fraternity/sorority communities.

Beyond our signature conferences, Team AFLV makes stuff happen year-round. From UIFI to The Gathering, our Awards + Assessment process and more, it takes a squad to provide change-enabling experiences.

    Before joining Team AFLV in 2012, Ryan earned a master’s in nonprofit management and worked in campus fraternity/sorority roles. Currently based in Orlando, FL, he spends most of his free time with his son at the baseball fields and supporting the UCF Knights (#ChargeOn)!

    During Mark's career in higher ed, he has worked at his fraternity headquarters; his alma mater, Boise State University; and multiple non-profits before spending over 7 years with AFLV.

    Mark loves solving complex problems through critical questions, all things nerdy, and reading to his daughter.

    About Jen

    Before joining Team AFLV in 2017, Jen earned her bachelor’s degree in tourism and event management from Indiana University (Go IU!) and worked at various hotel properties in event operations.

    Jen is currently based in Indianapolis with her husband and two beautiful children. She loves country music, binge-worthy shows, sports, shopping, and traveling!
