Campuses that renew before Sept. 23, 2025, gain early access to AFLV Central and AFLV West conference registration forms and most importantly—hotel room reservation links.
Our hotels usually sell out each year, so if you and your students want to be in the same property, take advantage of this special offer.
We will email links for both conference registration and hotel reservation directly to you after Sept. 23.
Campus Community Levels
AFLV Subscriptions are called Campus Community Levels. Each level includes every member from every kind of organization on your campus.
Early bird rates extended through Nov. 26, 2025. After Nov. 26, regular rates are in effect.
