Every one of us knows the incredible power of being in a sorority or fraternity! But did you know that only 1 in 11 freshmen know they want to join a sorority/fraternity? It’s time to share our story with the world and show our communities what sororities and fraternities have to offer! At AFLV CONTENT CAMP, you’ll learn the perfect (trail) mix of skills and tips to market the sorority/fraternity experience in ways that will build the brand of your community and chapters. From social media planning to improving your web presence, from developing a recruitment/intake campaign to creating engaging videos, you’ll take away everything you need to light your marketing fire, and even s’more! Want to be a Content Camper? No extra registration is needed (see, we’re not too in-tents). CONTENT CAMP consists of a meet-up and five engaging sessions throughout AFLV Central and AFLV West that you can attend! It’s a huge opportunity for your council/chapter marketing leaders.

Managing fraternal organizations requires you to utilize a lot of different skills. And while you may be trained thoroughly on the tasks related to your position, you may not feel like an expert when it comes to managing your team or managing your own priorities. The Core Skills series is designed to give you the basic skills needed to lead your organizations in an effective way. Discover ways to engage your members, how to hold officers accountable, and what is most important when leading people!

The Chapter Presidents Institute will equip fraternity and sorority presidents with the resources, skills, and leadership development they need to thrive in their roles. Participants will connect with fellow presidents from across the country to reflect on their leadership styles, practice navigating challenging conversations, and strengthen their ability to build trust and accountability within their executive boards and chapters. Together, they’ll explore how to balance relationships with results, create clarity even in uncertain situations, and confidently address the real issues facing their communities.
