Designed for IFC and fraternity community leaders, this pre-conference will focus on the most critical issues impacting fraternity communities and the competencies necessary to effectively navigate these as a leadership team.

Does your community struggle with trust and unity? In this session, we will talk about the role of a College Panhellenic and its officers, how to navigate community challenges, and how appropriate use of the peer accountability process and intentional community building can help alleviate community concerns, such as trust and unity. Additionally, we will talk about the Promotion of the Sorority Experience policy and other recruitment-specific policies, how to move past the petty to address the real concerns, and how to use all the knowledge gained to set your community up for success.
This program is facilitated by the National Panhellenic Conference and is intended to educate College Panhellenic leaders and discuss trends, as well as create action plans for attendees. -
Leadership requires action. As new leaders, what do we take on first? Should our focus be on the constitution and by-laws, institution policy, or organization compliance? This program will equip you to manage your chapter and meet every layer of compliance while still having a memorable collegiate experience. Leadership should enhance your experience, not deter you from success. This leadership program will leave you empowered to take chapter management to the next level as organization leaders.
