Improv comedy and leadership? There are more similarities than you may expect. Teamwork and communication are the backbone of any effective organization. This highly interactive keynote will focus on highlighting best practices and common pitfalls that leaders exhibit when trying to motivate their chapters and councils.
James Robilotta will break down the barriers that often hold us back from authentic and supportive siblinghood using the rules of Improv as a guide. At the same time we will create a safe place for people to laugh at themselves and process their leadership style. All of that will be done using Note: you do not have to be funny to come to this session. Also note: this session will not make you funny if you are currently not, sorry bro.

Casey J. Cornelius has been a leading voice with topics moving the needle on college campuses and in large organizations for years. He believes one of the most-pressing concerns of our day is the need to create mindsets and culture which promote concern, awareness, respect, and empathy.
