The National Cultural Greek Leadership Conference (NCGLC) is a signature part of the AFLV West experience.

Since its founding in 2010, NCGLC has connected student leaders from culturally based fraternity and sorority organizations across North America through leadership development, networking, and meaningful dialogue.

Participants engage in the full AFLV West experience while also benefiting from educational sessions, networking opportunities, and conversations designed specifically for members of culturally based fraternal organizations.

All AFLV West educational sessions are open to every attendee, creating opportunities to learn from and collaborate with student leaders and professionals from across the broader fraternity & sorority community.
