Wayne S. Colvin AWard

This award recognizes an outstanding undergraduate student at AFLV Central who has accelerated progress on their campus or beyond. The 2026 recipients are:

  • Anthony Taranto Jr., Villanova University, Sigma Nu

  • Albert Turner, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., University of Missouri - Kansas City

Steven B. Dealph Award

This award recognizes an outstanding fraternity/sorority professional at AFLV Central. The 2026 recipients are:

  • Chandler Crean, Assistant Director for Chapter Services & Community Communications at Virginia Tech and a member of Pi Kappa Phi

  • Jess Turuc, Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at the University of Mississippi and a member of Theta Chi Epsilon

Wilford A. Butler Award

This award recognizes an outstanding fraternity/sorority alumnus who volunteers their time to support the acceleration of progress and is not employed as a fraternity/sorority professional. The 2026 recipient is Michael Hay who supports Beta Theta Pi at Eastern Kentucky University.

Dr. Michael A. McRee Change-Making Experience Award

This award recognizes a team-based program or initiative that has accelerated progress in the fraternity/sorority experience, either on a campus or in the larger systemic way. The 2026 recipient is:

National Pan-Hellenic Council at the University of Cincinnati for The Akwaaba Program

Council Compass Awards

Our Council Compass awards recognize our highest-achieving councils. Councils earning our top awards excel in operations, critical thinking, addressing issues unique to the community culture, and encouraging new ideas and initiatives that make a difference.

Shelley Sutherland Award

This award recognizes the top College Panhellenics across the country. The 2026 Sutherland Award winner at AFLV Central is University of Akron.

Robert Page Award

This award recognizes the most outstanding National Pan-Hellenic Councils. The 2026 Page Award at AFLV Central is Virginia Tech.

Multicultural Greek Council Excellence Award

This award recognizes the top Multicultural Greek Councils across the country. The 2026 MGC Excellence Award winner at AFLV Central is Texas Tech University.

Dr. Bill Jellison Award

This award recognizes the most outstanding Interfraternity Councils. The 2026 Jellison Award winner at AFLV Central is Iowa State University.
