AFLV and The Leadership and Training Studio are excited to partner to bring professional development directly to fraternity/sorority professionals through a virtual Program Design School!

The Leadership and Training Studio CEO Erin Fischer has hosted Program Design School for 10 years. Nearly 1,000 higher education professionals have graduated from the program.

Participants fill focus on:

  • Writing participant guides and facilitator guides

  • Identifying 40 interactive learning methods

  • Writing objectives at the end of the course

The inaugural Program Design School will take place July 30–31, 2024.
