Registration for UIFI 2026 sessions will open in late January. Once registration opens, early-bird rates will be available for all sessions through Wednesday, April 22, 2026. After April 22, regular rates will apply until registration closes, as outlined below.

UIFI FAQ’S
Funding
Your campus or organization might have funding available – you just need to ask!

Your local chapter. Message the chapter president or your volunteer advisory board about funding for individual member leadership funding opportunities.
Your inter/national organization. Check the UIFI scholarship providers page to see if your organization is already a provider. Don’t see them listed? Email your chapter’s contact at headquarters. There may be additional leadership funding available.
Student Government or Student Activities/Leadership offices. Reach out to your SGA president, Campus Activities Board, or the director of the campus activities office to learn about potential funding.
Your Fraternity and Sorority Life office. Drop by your FSL office and talk with your fraternity/sorority advisor about the possibilities! They’re a great resource and may be able to connect you with funding sources, or the office may have money set aside for leadership experiences.
If you are a scholarship recipient through an (Inter)/National Headquarters or Campus, please email the campus/organization directly to learn their refund policy.

UIFI is the Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute meant for undergraduate student leaders to come together to challenge conventional wisdom, discover new solutions to critical problems and accelerate progress in their fraternity/sorority communities.Item description

Transportation from the airport to the session location, lodging, eight meals during session, and educational materials.

Some personal expenses could include personal travels and meals for early arrivals.

Flights can depart the associated session airport (IND or DFW) anytime after 3pm (ET) on the last day or your session.

Each week we will send new registrants the "Welcome to the UIFI Experience" email which includes what to expect, session locations, packing list and travel form.

All flights should arrive at the associated session airport (IND or DFW) no later than 10:30am on the first day of your session.
All drivers should arrive no later than 1:00pm on the first day of your session.
Note: Indianapolis, IN is in the Eastern Time Zone and Dallas/Fort Worth, TX is in the Central Time Zone.

Arrival:

Plan to depart no earlier than 12:00pm on the final day of the institute.

Fly into the Indianapolis Airport (IND) for Sessions 1 & 2.
Fly into the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Airport for Session 3.

UIFI is a drug and alcohol-free educational program and environment. All participants, regardless of age, are not to bring or use alcohol or drugs during the Institute. There are no exceptions. Violation of this policy results in expulsion from the session at the violator's own expense.

Room assignments are based on gender and participants are either paired in rooms or grouped in cold dorms or cabins based on session location. To maintain privacy and comfort sleeping and bathroom arrangements, participants of different genders will be housed on separate floors or different sides of the house or in separate cabins. This structure ensures that everyone has an inclusive and respectful living arrangement during the event.
Refund/ Cancellation Policy
The majority of UIFI institute expenses are embedded into the experience and finalized upon a student participant completing the registration process.

Refund requests received up to 14 days before the UIFI start date will be reimbursed 15% of the registration cost.
Refund requests received 13 days or less prior to the UIFI start date will not receive refunds.
