Our facilitators are the backbone of the UIFI experience. We have two facilitator roles for UIFI:

  1. Co-lead facilitator

  2. Small group facilitator

Co-Lead Facilitators

UIFI Ambassadors

In addition to leading one session of UIFI, lead facilitators are seen as ambassadors for the UIFI program.

The lead facilitator role is a two-year commitment for professionals, and will allow you to lead at least one session of UIFI in either 2025 or 2026.

The Duties:

  • Train the small group facilitators for their session

  • Meet quarterly with other lead facilitators for professional development

  • Provide feedback on the UIFI content as needed

  • Co-Lead Community Overview

Small Group Facilitators

The Details

You'll stay on site for this immersive leadership program and build relationships with students and professionals from across the country, all while making fraternity and sorority better!

The small group facilitator role is a one-session commitment for professionals.

The Duties

Small group facilitators lead a group of undergraduate students through small group content, including:

  • Conversations about enhancing the fraternity and sorority experience

  • Starting important conversations on campus

  • How to solve tough problems
