Facilitate at UIFI

Build tomorrow’s leaders!

Our facilitators are the backbone of the UIFI experience. We have two facilitator roles for UIFI:

  1. Co-lead facilitator

  2. Small group facilitator

Co-Lead Facilitators

UIFI Ambassadors

Leading a UIFI session is just one part of the experience. As a UIFI Lead Facilitator, you'll also serve as an ambassador for the program—championing the UIFI experience, investing in student leaders, and helping extend its impact throughout the fraternity and sorority community.

The Lead Facilitator role is a two-year commitment for professionals and includes the opportunity to lead at least one UIFI session during the 2027 or 2028 program years.

Applications for our next Lead Facilitator cohort are now open and will remain open through Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

The Duties:

  • Train the small group facilitators for their session

  • Meet quarterly with other lead facilitators for professional development

  • Provide feedback on the UIFI content as needed

  • Co-Lead Community Overview

Applications for our 2027 sessions open in October 2026.
