Professionals Lounge
Located in Garden 4. Stop by for coffee, connection, and a place to reset between sessions. The lounge will be open the following days and times:

  • Thursday, Feb. 26: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

  • Friday, Feb. 27: 8:30 AM - 11:00 PM

  • Saturday, Feb. 28: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

  • New to AFLV Meet & Greet Reception: Thursday, Feb. 26 at 6:00 PM

  • Professionals Welcome & Networking Reception: Thursday, Feb. 26 at 8:45 PM

  • Professionals Luncheon: Saturday, Feb. 28 at 12:15 PM

Professional Pop-Up Meetings

Join the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors as they provide roundtable conversation space on leading practices that elevate the fraternity/sorority experience. Share what’s working on your campus, exchange ideas, and learn from FSL professionals across the country. Check the conference app for meeting locations. They will occur at the following times:

  • Thursday, Feb. 26: 8:45 PM - 10:00 PM

  • Friday, Feb. 27: 10:45 AM - 11:45 AM; 2:15 PM - 3:30 PM; 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM

AFA + AFLV Partnership

AFA and AFLV share a commitment to elevating effective practice in fraternity/sorority work. Through this partnership, Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEds) can earn up to 9 continuing education (CE) credits across AFLV Central and AFLV West to support certification maintenance.

How to earn CE credits at AFLV conferences:

  • Attend CE-eligible sessions during the conference. These are denoted above with asterisk (*).

  • Complete the CE Credit Submission Form once per conference (submit one time for AFLV Central and/or one time for AFLV West).

  • AFA uses the submitted information to generate a certificate of completion after the conference.
