Support Scholarships for AFLV Experiences
Have some fun at AFLV Central while helping make AFLV experiences more accessible!
Funds raised through our conference fundraising events directly support scholarships for AFLV Central, AFLV West, UIFI, and The Gathering, helping students and professionals participate when cost might otherwise stand in the way.
Whether you donate an item, place a bid, or participate in an event, every contribution helps create more opportunities to experience AFLV. Thank you for helping us keep our educational experiences as affordable and accessible as possible!
T-Shirt Auction
Have extra shirts from Greek Week, intake or recruitment, a social, philanthropy event, or another fraternity & sorority experience?
Bring your extra, never-worn T-shirts to AFLV Central and donate them to the T-Shirt Auction!
Popular donations include:
Chapter shirts | brother/sisterhood, recruitment, or special events
Step show/stroll shirts
Greek Week shirts
Intake/recruitment shirts | chapter or community specific
Bring your shirts with you to Indianapolis and help turn something sitting in your closet into support for future AFLV participants! The T-shirt auction will take pace on Saturday night during AFLV Late Night.
Silent Auction
Bid on items, experiences, and opportunities throughout AFLV Central while supporting scholarships for future AFLV participants. The silent auction will be located in the Exhibit Hall throughout the conference.
Bid Individually or as a Group
You can bid as an individual, chapter, council, delegation, institution, or group. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Councils and institutions can also bid on speaking engagements generously donated by national speakers, creating an opportunity to bring educational programming back to your campus while supporting AFLV scholarships.
Prizes (that’s right!)
Every eligible bid you make also earns you an entry into the AFLV Central raffle for the chance to win additional prizes!
For example, bid once on 10 different items and you'll receive 10 raffle entries. Institutional bids on speaking engagements are not included.
Raffle drawings will take place Thursday and Friday, with entries resetting each day.

Have an item, experience, or opportunity you'd like to contribute? We'd love to include your donation in the silent auction!
Complete our Silent Auction Donation Form to tell us about your donation and its value. Providing this information in advance helps us promote donated items leading up to the conferences.
