Sororities of all kinds are designed to empower women–-but it doesn’t just happen by magic. We have to do more than simply love one another. Real, genuine women’s empowerment is an action. We can help each of our sisters feel empowered and worthy, all while discovering that we are too–-we just have to do it on purpose, and together.

Order of Omega recognizes individuals for their leadership, scholarship and service to the campus and fraternity and sorority community. Initiation will be held at AFLV Central for new chapters or campuses reactivating with approval from the campus advisors.
