In this interactive program, we'll break down systems of accountability, unpack research around confrontation skills, and help fraternity and sorority leaders understand why "you're always wearing your letters" is a bad way to frame accountability in your chapter.

Did you apply for Awards and Assessment? Take this opportunity to meet with one of the judges for a 1:1 consultation and receive feedback on your council’s application! You can discuss your council's work, dig deeper into ways you can improve, and ask any questions that may help you guide your council.

Order of Omega recognizes individuals for their leadership, scholarship and service to the campus and fraternity and sorority community. Initiation will be held at AFLV Central for new chapters or campuses reactivating with approval from the campus advisors.

What Can I Do?: Understanding Sexual Violence Prevention

Educate your community about sexual violence, consent, bystander behavior, and support. We want everyone to try to be part of the solution. This is where you can learn how to #BeTheGold!
