By registering for AFLV Central 2026, you give the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values permission, in connection with any photographs and/or video taken during said conference of yourself and all delegates you are registering, the right to use and reuse, in any manner at all, photographs and/or video in whole or in part, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs and/or video, in any print or electronic (Internet) media and for any purposes whatsoever, including without limitation, all promotional or publicity uses.
Further, you release AFLV, its officers, director, employees and agents from any and all claims, action, and demands arising out of or in conjunction with the taking and use of said photographs and/or video.

By registering for AFLV Central 2026, you give AFLV and its official vendors permission to send you promotional email messages. If you would prefer to not receive messaging, you may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
REfund + Cancellation Policy
Based on the schedule of incurred costs for registered participants, we will consider refunds on a timeline.

Requests received on or before the early-bird registration deadline, if approved, will receive 90% of the registration fee.

Requests received after the early-bird deadline registration deadline and before online registration concludes, if approved, will receive 75% of the registration fee.

Requests received after online registration concludes, if approved, will receive 50% of the registration fee.

Requests received between noon (local time) on the Monday prior to the conference and noon (local time) on the Thursday (opening day) of the conference, if approved, will receive 10% of the registration fee.

No refund requests will be approved after noon (local time) on the Thursday (opening day) of the conference.

One person should register attendees for our conference. This means that all attendee information should be collected before sitting down to register attendees.

Yes. All invoices are accessible under your YourMembership account for your total amount when issuing the final payment.

If you are a campus subscriber, you CAN edit your registrations. Here are the instructions to do so. If you aren’t a campus subscriber, you CANNOT. Please email support@aflv.org for help if needed.

If you do not stay in the conference hotel, or you choose to book outside of the block, you will be assessed an additional fee of $100 per member of your delegation

If you know who will be attending by December 15th, 2025 (for AFLV Central) or January 16th, 2026 (for AFLV West) just make sure to register your attendees by that date for the lowest possible rate.
If you don’t know before then, go back to our registration page (AFLV Central and AFLV West) and register each person with a placeholder name (NPHC 1, MGC 2, IFC 3, CPC 4, etc.). Please use your personal details for email, campus, and then use these edit instructions to add your attendees by Jan 13th, 2026 (for AFLV Central) and February 10th, 2026 (for AFLV West).

In most cases, you can receive a partial refund for your registered attendees. Please refer to our refund policies on each registration page (AFLV Central and AFLV West).
