REgistration Agreements

  • By registering for AFLV West 2025, you give the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values permission, in connection with any photographs and/or video taken during said conference of yourself and all delegates you are registering, the right to use and reuse, in any manner at all, photographs and/or video in whole or in part, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs and/or video, in any print or electronic (Internet) media and for any purposes whatsoever, including without limitation, all promotional or publicity uses.

    Further, you release AFLV, its officers, director, employees and agents from any and all claims, action, and demands arising out of or in conjunction with the taking and use of said photographs and/or video.

  • By registering for AFLV West 2025, you give AFLV and its official vendors permission to send you promotional email messages. If you would prefer to not receive messaging, you may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

REfund + Cancellation Policy

Based on the schedule of incurred costs for registered participants, we will consider refunds on a timeline.

You must email all refund requests to Support@AFLV.org.

  • Requests received on or before the early-bird registration deadline, if approved, will receive 90% of the registration fee.

  • Requests received after the early-bird deadline registration deadline and before online registration concludes, if approved, will receive 75% of the registration fee.

  • Requests received after online registration concludes, if approved, will receive 50% of the registration fee.

  • Requests received between noon (local time) on the Monday prior to the conference and noon (local time) on the Thursday (opening day) of the conference, if approved, will receive 10% of the registration fee.

  • No refund requests will be approved after noon (local time) on the Thursday (opening day) of the conference.

  • One person should register attendees for our conference. This means that all attendee information should be collected before sitting down to register attendees.

  • Yes. If you are bringing a large delegation of attendees, we recommend you register 10 at a time and checking out between each batch of 10. Your information is not saved so any interruption to your registration session may result in you having to re-register attendees.

  • Yes. All invoices are accessible under your FS Central account for your total amount when issuing the final payment.

  • This list has all the information asked when registering for AFLV Central and AFLV West.

  • Unfortunately, you cannot edit your registration after completing the form. If you need to make a change, please contact support@aflv.org.

  • If you do not stay in the conference hotel, or you choose to book outside of the block, you will be assessed an additional fee of $100 per member of your delegation

    • If you know who will be attending by December 12th, 2024 (for AFLV Central) or January 16th, 2025 (for AFLV West) just make sure to register your attendees by that date for the lowest possible rate. 

    • If you don’t know before then, go back to our registration page (AFLV Central and AFLV West)  and purchase coupons for the number of attendees you plan to bring. You’ll receive a code to the email used in the purchase that can then be used when registering your actual attendees for either conference.

  • In most cases, you can receive a partial refund for your registered attendees. Please refer to our refund policies on each registration page (AFLV Central and AFLV West).
