REgistration Agreements

Please review the following agreements before completing your registration.

  • By registering for AFLV West 2027, you give the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values permission, in connection with any photographs and/or video taken during said conference of yourself and all delegates you are registering, the right to use and reuse, in any manner at all, photographs and/or video in whole or in part, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs and/or video, in any print or electronic (Internet) media and for any purposes whatsoever, including without limitation, all promotional or publicity uses.

    Further, you release AFLV, its officers, director, employees and agents from any and all claims, action, and demands arising out of or in conjunction with the taking and use of said photographs and/or video.

  • By registering for AFLV West 2027, you give AFLV and its official vendors permission to send you promotional email messages. If you would prefer to not receive messaging, you may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

  • We recommend that one person registers your entire delegation. Before getting started, gather all attendee information so you can complete the registration in one session.

  • Review these Registration Fields outlining everything you'll be asked to provide during registration.

    • If you know who will be attending by January 14, 2027 just make sure to register your attendees by that date for the lowest possible rate. 

    • If you won’t know before then, then register each person with a placeholder name (NPHC 1, MGC 2, IFC 3, CPC 4, etc.). Please use your personal details for email, campus, and then edit your attendees by Feb. 9, 2027.

  • Yes. Attendees are expected to reserve accommodations within the official AFLV hotel block.

    Delegations staying outside the official room block will be assessed a $100 fee per attendee.

  • Yes. All invoices are accessible under your YourMembership account for your total amount when issuing the final payment.

    • Campus Subscribers: Yes! You can edit attendee information after registration by following our Registration Edit Guide (coming soon).

    • Non-Subscribers: Registration edits must be requested through the AFLV team. Please email support@aflv.org, and we'll be happy to assist you.

  • In most cases, you can receive a partial refund for your registered attendees. Please refer to our AFLV West 2027 refund policy (outlines below).

  • Review the AFLV West Registration Guide.

REfund + Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because AFLV incurs costs based on registered attendance, refund amounts are determined by when your request is received.

All refund requests must be submitted by email to support@aflv.org and are subject to approval.

Feb. 11–Noon PT, Feb. 22 50% of registration fee
Noon PT, Feb. 22–Noon PT, Feb. 25 10% of registration fee
After Noon PT, Feb. 25 No Refund

  • On or before Jan. 14 — 90% refund
    Requests received on or before the Early Bird registration deadline, if approved, will receive 90% of the registration fee.

    Jan. 15–Feb. 10 — 75% refund
    Requests received after the Early Bird deadline and before online registration concludes, if approved, will receive 75% of the registration fee.

    Feb. 11–Noon PT, Feb. 22 — 50% refund
    Requests received after online registration concludes, if approved, will receive 50% of the registration fee.

    Noon PT, Feb. 22–Noon PT, Feb. 25 — 10% refund
    Requests received between noon on the Monday prior to the conference and noon on Thursday, the opening day of the conference, if approved, will receive 10% of the registration fee.

    After Noon PT, Feb. 25 — No Refund
    Refund requests received after noon on Thursday, Feb. 25, will not be approved.
